2015 Raptor Red

This medium ruby colored wine is full of bright floral aromas. You will catch a perfume of violets, roses and cocoa on the nose. Then greeted with a structured and subtle acidic body composed from notes of hazelnut, caramel and pomegranate. The light anise and balsamic end notes create a smooth tannic finish.
