The aromas are rich and bountiful, the age of the vines come through in an earthy complexity that keeps giving. On the palate, you will find notes of dried dark fruit such as raspberry and fig, with a spicy white pepper finish.

The palate is bold with red currant, black cherry and cedar. The finish is pleasantly filled with medium acidity and great tannin structure.

Smooth tannins round out the glass with a lingering and warm chocolatey finish.

The acidity is crisp and pairs beautifully with subtle tannins. Balancing out the palate is a peppery finish that gives way to tart cherry.

The wine is light-bodied and bright with crisp citrus notes creating a very refreshing wine. The dry acidity strikes a balance and goes down smooth with a citrus zest finish.

This bottle contains 6 vintages of the best of our Cabernet Sauvignon, starting back from 2013 through 2018, in one bottle. Carefully selecting our highest quality Cabs, the end product is something heavenly.
