The naturally high acidity of Sangiovese makes this wine the perfect accompaniment to food.
Multiple layers of ripe fruits, oak and tannin present big and bold flavors on the palate giving way to a nice long finish!
The combination of tank wine and barrel wine comes together to create a Chardonnay that is very versatile; great on its own or paired with food. I hope you enjoy drinking this as much as we did making it. Three cheers for Chardonnay!
In the nose you will find hints of citrus blossom, clover honey, baking spices, and melon. In the mouth there are tantalizing flavors of citrus, pear, cream and honey.
The aromas are mellow and intriguing, notes of rhubarb mingle with dried strawberries and rose bud. The wine is light bodied and refreshing, crisp citrus notes dance on the finish creating a very refreshing wine. This Rose is bone dry and pairs nicely with a variety of dishes from chicken to cheeses.
In the nose you will find passion fruit, lemongrass, citrus, a little cut grass, and minerality
The flavors are refreshing, initially showing some fruity characteristics the wine seems to mellow in the glass and finish with a nice citrus flavor.
