They then underwent a cool and slow fermentation aging in concrete tanks and oak barrels. Chardonnay was blended into Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio to create a blend which preserves the fine fruit, floral qualities and the rich structure of each variety. The resulting wine is a marriage of spice, fruit and floral elements balanced in a full-body texture.
