2018 Raptor Red

Our flagship blend, Raptor Red must paint a beautiful complex portrait from start to finish. It carries a deep purple color which pales at the edges. The bouquet greets you with leather and light oak giving way to dried cherries and mocha. The palate is bold with red currant, black cherry and cedar. The finish is pleasantly filled with medium acidity and great tannin structure. This wine will age well for many years to come!
