2016 Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon Case

These grapes are from Vines planted in 1972, resulting in elegant flavors and small quantites produced.

The glass shows a beautiful medium ruby that fades at the edges. A savory aroma of roasted green pepper fills your nose from the start. As you allow the wine to open up, sweet juicy jam aromas come forward with a finish of black olive. The body is silky smooth with a lingering balance of tannins and fruit.
